Furia is an Open PvP server and staff will not interfere in normal conflicts between players.
01
Accounts & Character Names
Character names may not impersonate staff, contain extreme offensive or discriminatory content,
intentionally imitate another player for fraud, or consist of excessive meaningless combinations
of letters, spaces or symbols.
Inappropriate names may receive a namelock. Players are responsible for the security of their own
accounts and credentials.
02
Multi Client & Automated Gameplay
A maximum of 2 game clients per player may be online at the
same time. Using VPNs, virtual machines, additional computers or other methods to bypass this limit
is prohibited.
The use of automated gameplay software is not actively prohibited. Players using such software do
so entirely at their own risk and remain subject to all other server rules, including the
2-client limit.
Staff does not investigate reports based solely on automated gameplay. Bug abuse, exploits,
packet manipulation or attempts to bypass the Multi Client limit remain strictly prohibited.
03
PvP & Blocking
Furia is an Open PvP server. Player killing, hunting other players, fighting over hunting grounds,
trapping, guild conflicts and wars are part of normal gameplay.
Players are allowed to block hunting grounds, passages and access to areas as long as the blocking
characters can be attacked and killed through normal PvP mechanics.
PROHIBITED:
Blocking exits from Protection Zones or creating an unbreakable blockade while protected by PZ.
Staff will not decide who owns a hunting ground, who was there first or who should leave.
If a conflict can be solved through normal PvP, staff will not interfere.
04
Bugs & Exploits
Abusing bugs or unintended mechanics for personal advantage is strictly prohibited.
This includes item or gold duplication, reward exploits, experience exploits, quest abuse,
server crash attempts and manipulation of client-server communication.
Serious bugs should be reported to staff. Items, gold or progress obtained through exploits may
be removed and serious abuse may result in permanent account deletion.
05
Communication
Advertising other Open Tibia servers, impersonating staff, phishing, malicious links,
attempts to obtain another player's credentials and publishing private personal information
are prohibited.
Normal PvP trash talk and guild rivalry are not normally matters for staff intervention.
Excessive spam or serious harassment may still be punished.
06
Trading & Scams
Players are responsible for normal in-game trades they voluntarily accept. Staff will generally
not restore items or gold lost through ordinary player-to-player transactions.
Scams involving staff impersonation, phishing, account theft, malicious links or server exploits
are prohibited.
07
Administration
Staff are responsible for server stability, security, bug handling and enforcement of these rules.
Staff will not complete quests, create items for players, resolve hunting-ground disputes,
interfere in normal PvP conflicts or compensate normal gameplay losses.
False reports or intentionally fabricated evidence against another player may result in punishment.
08
Losses & Technical Problems
Items or experience lost through normal PvP, monster deaths, missing blessings, player mistakes
or other normal game mechanics will not be restored.
In case of a crash, rollback or technical problem, compensation is not guaranteed.
In exceptional cases involving a confirmed major server-side failure, staff may decide to restore losses.
09
Payments & Furia Shop
All purchases made through the Furia Shop are voluntary. Players are responsible for entering
correct payment and account information.
If a correctly paid product is not delivered, the player should contact staff. Payment complaints
and refunds are handled according to applicable law and the payment provider's terms.
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks or payment abuse may result in removal of purchased
content and restriction or permanent blocking of the associated account.
Shop items are subject to normal game mechanics, including item loss on death where applicable.
10
Punishments
Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, staff may apply:
warning, mute, namelock, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban, removal of illegally obtained
items, gold or progress, or account deletion.
Serious offenses such as
duplication, server attacks, phishing or major exploitation
may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
11
Final Provisions
Staff reserve the right to update these rules when necessary.
Situations not explicitly covered by the rules will be evaluated individually.
OPEN PVP POLICY
Furia staff handle rule violations, exploits and serious abuse
- not normal conflicts between players.
